This affordable membership platform focuses on how you use public relations (PR) to improve your communication with the people invested in your business. You will receive one 1-hour monthly PR-Wellbeing Coaching session and a 20 minute accountability back-up call.

It is aimed at business founders who are letting go of their personal brand, finding it hard to maintain their vision as they scale, attract and retain freelancers and employees.

This full Membership costs £125.50 per month on a 3 or 6 month rolling basis, and can be accessed in-person or online. It is available to Little PR Rock CIC’s community in Rugby, Warwickshire, Coventry and Birmingham.

This can be personally viewed regularly in PR coaching sessions and accountability calls to keep you grounded, while turning insight into action, supporting self-management, goal setting, and clearer stakeholder PR-related communication as you grow.

The toolkit also includes suggested monthly signposting to wellbeing resources provided in multiple formats, including articles, exercises, videos, and soundbites. These are a compliment not a replacement for professional therapy.

Experts are invited to donate and/or provide useful tips, tools and content in diverse formats including video, exercises, podcasts, e-zines, articles, social media posts, and more.

This enables you to access further help, navigate tough times and assess if you would like to find out more, or work with the provider. We signpost to providers rather than make recommendations and referrals, so that you can do your own due diligence and make a decision.
